I am 37 years old Sales representative who hasn’t been doing real estate trade for a long time but my background includes something that most other agents don’t have. Prior to going in Real Estate I was a General Contractor building houses under the name Hyper Active Construction Inc. for 20 years I was very successful in what I was doing until 3 Years ago wen I had an accident involving a crane. This accident was serious enough for me think of other options in supporting my Family.
As much as I love building houses I figured Real Estate was a good alternative for me, this way I can be involved with houses and be able to answer questions for my clients which a lot of other agents cant answer or answer wrongfully. I can tell you if a house was built well, if a wall you want removed can be removed or not, If there was recent basements leaks or floods, basically information which can be vital in your biggest investment.
